Product Description:
If you don't have the space for one of our traditional footlockers but still need to secure your valuables, The Slim is just what the doctor ordered. Only 7.75" high, it easily fits under most beds and is made with the same rugged construction as our larger trunks. The Slim does not have a tray. Add our Cable Lock for even more peace of mind.

perfect size
Pros: Strong construction, perfect size for storing valuables in a dorm room.
Cons: Handle is too flimsy for a trunk this size when full of stuff. i would give it a 5 if it had a better handle or if wheels could be added.
Comments: Very fast and secure shipping, fast customer service response.
C&N Footlockers Response: We apologize that you were not satisfied with the handles on the Slim footlocker. Because of the size of the footlocker there is not enough room to add additional handles to the footlocker. For the same reason the hardware for the Wheel Away system is not able to be attached.

Wonderful
Pros: I am so impressed with this trunk. I ordered it for my son who is entering his first year of college. The quality of this trunk is far more than I expected. 30 years ago when I went to college, my trunk was no where near the quality and craftsmanship. It fits perfectly under his bed and secures all of his electronic and school supplies items.
Cons: None
Comments: I am planning on purchasing another trunk when my 15 year old goes off to college in 3 years.

Great product
Pros: Great product. Quality built. Purchased for daughter's dorm room. Will be perfect for locking up laptop and other electronics. Quite roomy inside. Bought the cable lock with it. A great combination
Cons: Needs wheels. Had to use a dolly to move it to upper floor as was full of clothes for the move in.

Perfect Locker
Pros: This locker was exactly as advertised. It is lockable, sturdy and is the perfect size for an adolescent boy to store things under his bed that he does not want his younger brother to bother!
Cons: none
Comments: Ask for sender to request UPS to cover the box if there is a possibililty for rain!

Perfect for a college dorm safe
Pros: With the anchoring cable lock this makes a perfect safe for a college dorm. We looped the cable lock around the bed frame and slid it under our daughter's bed. It fits her laptop, calculators, camera, ipod - anything she needs to keep locked up when she is gone. And it fits under the bed out of sight.
Cons: None.
Comments: This is so much better than those traditional too small and heavy safes they sell for dorm rooms. The quality of this footlocker is so much better than all the others we reviewed.

Love It!
Pros: I love this trunk because of the slimness.. it will easily fit under the bed and it has just enough room for plenty of precious belongings. Perfect for my daughter going away to college. I was looking for one of these back-in-the-day trunks - strong, sturdy and nice to look at. I found what I was looking for. I'm expecting this trunk to last a long time...

Just what I needed
Pros: Slimmer than an average foot locker. Well built. Fits perfect in the bottom of my small coat closet and none of my long coats or other articles hang low enough to touch it.
Cons: It's doing the job so none yet that I can see.
Comments: Others have stated an interest in adding other handles and such. Imho this would somewhat compromise its ability to fit in to tight spots. If mine had side handles it would scrape the walls of my closet. Make this an option at most.
